All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any purpose.
03Prohibited uses
Products must not be used in or on humans or animals, administered by any route, consumed, or incorporated into any product intended for human or veterinary use. Products must not be resold for any such purpose.
04Purchaser eligibility and representations
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution; that you possess the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely; and that you will use products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
05No guidance or claims
Orien Biolabs does not provide guidance on use, dosing, protocols, or application, and makes no claims regarding any physiological effect of any product. Information published on this site is limited to identity, specification, and batch testing data.
06Handling and storage
The purchaser is solely responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal of products in accordance with applicable safety data and institutional procedures.
07Enforcement
We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe a product may be used outside of laboratory research. Accounts associated with misuse may be permanently closed.
