01About us

This website is operated by ARTURS TRADING LTD, a company with its registered office at Room 701, Unit 127, 7/F, Tower B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Orien Biolabs is a trading name of ARTURS TRADING LTD. Products are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or an authorized purchaser for a research institution, to use this site and place orders. We may request evidence of eligibility at any time.

03Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only, as described in our RUO Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Products are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements.

04Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment details. Orders with false or incomplete information may be cancelled.

05Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when payment has been verified and the order has been approved. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that fail verification or appear inconsistent with research use.

06Kits

Products are sold by the kit; one kit contains 10 vials. There is no maximum order quantity. We may decline or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with research use.

07Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars per kit and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time the order is placed applies. Shipping is $15.00 per package of up to 10 kits and is calculated at checkout. Typographical pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled.

08Payment

Payment is accepted by crypto (USDC, Bitcoin, or USDT), Exodus Pay, Zelle, or bank transfer only. We do not process card payments. You must send the exact order total and upload a screenshot of your payment at checkout, together with any reference requested (crypto Transaction ID, name on bank account, or Exodus Pay phone number). Every submitted order is placed on hold and reviewed by a representative, who verifies the payment before the order is approved.

You are responsible for all network, exchange, bank, and transfer fees. If we receive less than the order total, the order will not be completed until the difference is paid. Crypto sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be recovered and is not our responsibility.

09Payment notes

Do not include a note, memo, or message with your payment. Orders paid with a note will be refunded and the purchaser may be blocked from future purchases.

10Verification and fraud prevention

We may request additional information to verify identity, eligibility, or payment before approving an order, and may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

11Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to US addresses only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See the Shipping Policy for details.

12Refunds and discrepancies

Claims are governed by the Refund & Discrepancy Policy.

13Product information and COAs

Specifications are provided by reference to the Certificate of Analysis for each compound. COAs are provided for identification and quality reference only. We make no representation regarding fitness for any particular research application.

14Compliance with laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, and use of products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional requirements.

15Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and data, is owned by or licensed to ARTURS TRADING LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

16Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

17Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of products.

18Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARTURS TRADING LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of products or breach of these Terms.

19Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural events, labor disputes, or government action.

20Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

21Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website and your orders.

22Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
