All orders ship FedEx 2Day from our US warehouse to US addresses only.
01Rate
Shipping is $15.00 per package via FedEx 2Day. Each package holds up to 10 kits:
- 1–10 kits — $15
- 11–20 kits — $30
- 21–30 kits — $45
- and so on, adding $15 for every additional 10 kits.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Larger orders may ship as multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
02Carrier and service
Every order ships FedEx 2Day. Once FedEx picks up your package, delivery is typically 2 business days. FedEx does not deliver on most weekends or holidays.
03Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States only. International orders are not accepted. Orders with non-US shipping addresses will be cancelled.
04Processing
Every order is reviewed before it ships. Orders are processed only after payment is verified and the order is approved, and ship 2–4 business days after approval. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays; orders are not processed or shipped on those days.
05Shipping estimates
All shipping and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, peak seasons, holidays, or events outside our control do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation once an order has shipped.
06Tracking
A FedEx tracking number is emailed to the address on the order once a shipping label is created.
07Packaging
Kits ship in lyophilized form in sealed vials, in discreet, protective packaging at ambient temperature.
08Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
09Lost, stuck, or damaged packages
Orders with Order Protection are handled under the Order Protection Policy, with guaranteed one-time reshipment and 48-hour priority handling. Orders without Order Protection are handled under the Refund & Discrepancy Policy: we file a FedEx claim on your behalf, and reshipment is not guaranteed.
